# 2. Price Management - Unit Price Setting
Business and O&M and can set the price of the smallest unit of the order here, such as Storage, CPU, RAM, which have been combined into a package or the customer performs custom configuration for price calculation

## 2.1 Unit Price Setting
### 2.1.1 Unit Price List
The unit price list column contains Preset, Category, Resource, Spec, Number, Unit, Price, Update Time, Update Account, More features.

### 2.1.2 Preset Unit Price
Some services do not need to choose some items, but the composition of the service includes these items, they need to be calculated into the Basic Fee when calculating the price.
The unit price of these items needs to exist for the package and the custom configuration to calculate the price.
The unit price of these items can only be modified and cannot be deleted.

## 2.2 Create / Edit Unit Price
### 2.2.1 Hierarchical Link List

### 2.2.2 Create Unit Price
According to the category, the resource will be displayed and the corresponding specifications will be displayed.
After selecting the category, resource, specification and selecting the value, enter the price, confirm the addition, return to the unit price setting list, and update the list.
Remarks: Only one unit price can be added for the same category, resource, specifications, and value.

### 2.2.3 Edit Unit Price
When editing the unit price, the category cannot be changed, and the remaining resource, specifications, values, and prices can be edited.
Same as creating unit price, according to the category, the resource will be displayed and the corresponding specifications will be displayed.
After editing the category, resource, specification and selecting the value, enter the price, confirm the editing, and return to the unit price setting list and update the list.

Remarks: If the unit price is the default value, the price can be modified only, and other items cannot be edited.

### 2.2.4 Confirm Create / Edit Unit Price
Click the confirm button to create / edit the unit price successfully, and return to the unit price list, and display the updated unit price list.

Business can set the preferential set here, and the package set here will be displayed for customers to purchase.

The final price can be derived from the estimated price * persent by quickly selected, or directly enter the price.

Use this feature to change the product status to Order Cancel, and it cannot be cancelled when the status is Resource Expire, Resource Keep, Product Cancel, or Product End.
Remarks: If there is already a renewal order for this order, it cannot be renewed. You need to cancel the renewal order before canceling the current order.

## 4.2 Advanced Management
Select the product, date, user, and click confirm to search for the service item, the user, and the order whose review date is within the search date range, which is convenient for business to filter orders.

### 4.2.4 Advanced Management List
After pressing search to confirm, two tables will be displayed - Mt. JadeCloud Service Fee、Pay Per Usage.
Colume contains User Name、Product、Product Name、Spec、Quantity、Payable Amount、Paid Amount.

Click the Export Order button, an EXCEL file of the search results will be exported.

## 4.3 Order Detail

Contains fields: Product Status, Product Information, Product Content, Backfill Information

#### 4.3.2.1 Product Status
The product status shows the current progress of the order process.
The completed status will be ticked on the left, otherwise the number will be displayed.
The completed state will record the person and time point of transition to this state.
Status contains Product Place, Product Verify, Resource Create, Resource Change, Resource Renew、Resource Deliver, Resource Change, Resource Expire, Resource Keep, Product Cancel, Product End.

Common product status sequence introduction:
1. When purchasing a product, the status is consists of Product Place, Product Verify, Resource Create, Resource Deliver, Resource Expire, Product End.

2. If the business is notified to cancel the order after delivery, the status after cancellation is consists of Product Place, Product Verify, Resource Create, Resource Deliver, Product Cancel, Product End.

3. Order Again when the status is after Resource Deliver, before Resource Expire
3.1 The status of the old order after Resource Deliver is changed to Resource Keep, Product End. The old order will continue to be used until the resource expiration date, the system will automatically transfer status to Order End, and the old order will end.

3.2 The new order consists of Product Create, Product Verify, Resource Renew, Resource Deliver, Resource Expire, Product End. Since the resource has been created, Resource Renew will display the Resource Create time of the old order, Product Create, Product Verify will record the current time of renewal, and Resource Deliver will record the actual start time of the product (also equivalent to the expiration of the old order Day), and record the actual start and end time of this product in the product information.

4. Order Again after Resource Expire
4.1 The status of the old order Resource Expire will be changed to Resource Keep and Product End. When the customer chooses to renew the contract, the system will automatically transfer this order to be closed, and the old order ends.

4.2 The new order consists of Product Create, Product Verify, Resource Renew, Resource Deliver, Resource Expire, Product End. Since the contract is renewed after the resource expires and the resource is locked, the resource can only be used after the resource is unlocked by the operation and maintenance and the service is delivered. Product Create and Product Verify will record the current time of renewal, and record the actual start and end time of the product in the product information.

#### 4.3.2.2 Product Information
Product Information contains Last Product, Renew Product, Order Id, Product Id, User Name, Product From, Product Price, Duration, Resource Start Time, Resource Expiration Time, Modify Expiration Time Account, O&M Notes.

1. Last Product：A new order will only appear after the contract is renewed. Click the link to be directed to the details page of the previous order.

2. Renew Product：Only when there is an old order after renewal, click on the link to be directed to the detail page of the next order.

3. Product From：According to the purchased product, displayed customized or set. If it is a package, the package number and package name will be indicated.

Product content contains Product Service, Product Name, Service Item, User Notes, Point Management.

The edit fields contain the change status of the product status, the resource expiration time of the product information, the O&M notes of the product information, and the resource backfill.

#### 4.4.2.1. Change Product Status
Business and O&M need to convert the product status to product review when the review is completed, for example, and record the time and personnel of completion.
When an edit order is sent, the person and time currently performing the action will be written together.

The following are a few scenarios that correspond to business or O&M needs to transform status

1. After the customer's product is created, the business needs to undergo product review. After the review is completed, the product status is converted to Product Deliver.
2. After reviewing the business product, O&M needs to create resources based on customer needs. After creation, the product status is converted to Resource Create.
3. After the operation and maintenance resources are created, the business needs to be delivered to the customer. After the delivery is completed, the product status is converted to Resource Delivery.
4. When the resource expiration date arrives, the operation and maintenance needs to lock the resource. After the resource is locked, the product status is converted to the Resource Expired.
5. When the status is 7 days after the resource expires and the resource retention period ends, the operation and maintenance needs to delete this product-related resource. After the deletion is completed, the product status is converted to Product End.

Remarks: When changing the state, you can only select the current state and click the next state, and the state cannot be traced back.

#### 4.4.2.2 Resource Expiration Time for product information
Can only be changed when the status is Resource Deliver, Resource Expires, Product End, and there is no cancellation status.
Can be used to temporarily adjust or extend the use time for users

Remarks: The adjusted date cannot be earlier than the resource delivery time, and the last adjusted resource expiration time will be recorded.
