為甚麼會做
近日台灣地震頻繁，但因為某些地方震度未達警報標準，便沒有地震預警，造成許多民眾不滿，於是我想到可以透過一些電腦軟體和網站的配合，使可以讓每個人都能收到預警。

1. IFTTT
一個新生的網絡服務平台，通過其他不同平台的條件來決定是否執行下一條命令IFTTT得名為其口號「if this then that」
2. Webhook
網頁開發中的Webhook是一種通過自訂回呼函式來增加或更改網頁表現的方法。這些回呼可被可能與原始網站或應用相關的第三方使用者及開發者儲存、修改與管理。
3. Windows 批次執行檔
是一種用來當成手稿語言運作程式的檔案。它本身是文字文件，其中包含了一系列讓具備命令列介面的直譯器讀取並執行的指令，副檔名為bat。簡單來說就是一個操控windows的程式。
4. 地牛 Wake Up
專為 Windows、Mac 打造的免費地震通知工具 地牛 Wake Up ，不僅會在地震發生時即時通知你，還會提供震央、時間、規模等等的豐富資訊。
5. Line Notify
一項非常方便的服務，用戶可以透過LINE接收GitHub、IFTTT及Mackerel等網站服務的提醒
原理
透過地牛WakeUp 這個軟體在預警到強震後可以自動執行.bat .exe .cmd 的功能，使其運行我們事先寫好的.bat，觸發Webhook
