## GCP work
When creating a new project named `starboard-sentinel`, I was asked to enable `Compute Engine API`, but another option is to use the `Kubernetes API`, maybe that is not necessary. @Tux.

Quota update: I need to raise the quotas of CPU cores, memory and persistent disk in specific regions. Since I am not eligible for an quota increase, I need to contact the sales team.

OK, so I will use AWS to start a company account as it will likely impose a quota as well.

Since Tux suggested that we explore Tencent Cloud @ Hong Kong.

## AWS （决定还是和PL用一样的基础设施）
申请AWS activate了，我留的我的地址电话，后面看能不能改成Sylvan。电话尤其重要，用来验证身份。
银行卡我填了自己个人的信用卡，请尽快改成公司的卡。

2. 服务器选在哪个地区？这和我提升quota申请有关
3. 如果选择AWS，选择activate哪个package?何时更新账户的财务和联系方式
4. 如果选择腾讯云，要申请[创业云](https://cloud.tencent.com/act/pro/supportplan)计划。又要开新的公司账户。
