Part time Peace Officer positions are protected under §101.12(1). > > (*iii*) Firefighters at Certain Times >> (1) Any paid full time Firefighters are protected. >> (2) Any paid part time or volunteer Firefighters are protected when performing Fire Department tasks or duties. ::: #### **Sub. 3** Any player who causes substantial bodily harm to another is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall serve 10 minutes imprisonment. #### **Sub. 4** Any player who causes substantial bodily harm to a player who lives in the same home as them is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall serve 11 minutes imprisonment. ### §101.13 - Assault in the Third Degree #### **Sub. 1** Any player who causes bodily harm to another is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall serve 7 minutes imprisonment. #### **Sub. 2** Any player who causes bodily harm to a player who lives in the same home as them is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall serve 9 minutes imprisonment. ### §101.14 - Assault in the Fourth Degree #### **Sub. 1** Any player who threatens to cause great bodily harm to another player or threatens to commit a violation of §101.12 is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall be sentanced to 9 minutes imprisonment. #### **Sub. 2** Any player who threatens to commit a violation of §101.12(4) is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall be sentanced to 7 minutes imprisonment. ### §101.15 - Assault in the Fifth Degree #### **Sub. 1** Any player who threatens to commit a violation of §101.13(1) is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall serve 5 minutes imprisonment or a fine of $1,000 or both. #### **Sub. 2** Any player who threatens to commit a violation of §101.13(2) is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall serve 7 minutes imprisonment. ### §101.16 - Sentancing for Repeat Assault Offences #### **Sub. 1** Any player who has committed more than one violation of §101.11, §101.12, or §101.13 within 24 hours is to have their prison sentance increased by 50%. #### **Sub. 2** Any player who has committed more than two violations of §101.11, §101.12, or §101.13 within 24 hours is to have their prison sentance increased by 100%. #### **Sub. 3** Any player who has committed more than one violation of §101.12(4), §101.13(2), §101.14(2) or §101.15(2) within 24 hours is to have their sentance increased by 150%. ### §101.17 - Dangerous Weapon Ban for 1st Degree Assault Offenders Any player who has been sentanced under §101.11 within the past 24 hours may not posess a dangerous weapon. ## §101.2 - Murder ### §101.21 - Murder in the First Degree Any player who kills another with intent to do so, and also planned to commit the murder, is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall be sentanced to 45 minutes imprisonment, or if the guilty player has a maximum sentance, the sentance is to be expanded by 25%. ### §101.211 - Double Jeopardy; 1st Degree Murder If a player is sentanced under §101.21 they may not also be charged with Conspiracy to Commit a Crime for the murder. ### §101.22 - Murder in the Second Degree Any player who kills another with intent to do so, but does such an act in the heat of the moment us guilty of a ==Felony== and shall be sentanced to 40 minutes imprisonment, or if the guilty player has a maximum sentance, the sentance is to be expanded by 20%. ### §101.221 - Exceptions to 2nd Degree Murder If a player kills another in the heat of the moment and with intent, but the urge to do so was caused by non-game related occurances, the player will only be guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall only serve 30 minutes imprisonment. ### §101.23 - Manslaughter #### **Sub. 1** Any player who kills another as an act of gross negligence is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 30 minutes imprisonment **unless**: (a) The player was criminally distracted by a player as to lead the player to kill another #### **Sub. 2** Any player who is jaywalking and kills a driver who runs them over with a vehicle is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 30 minutes imprisonment **unless**: (a) The driver of the vehicle clearly made a concious effort to steer into the player, (b) The driver of the vehicle clearly made no effort to stop their vehicle from hitting the player given enough time and space, (c ) The player is wearing a reflective vest and is working in the capacity of a Peace Officer, DNR Employee, Public Works Employee or Firefighter while on a call or scene in that same section of roadway. ### (p)101.24 Exceptions for (p)101.21, (p)101.22 (Justified Homicide) Any player who kills another to save their own life or the lives of others shall not be found guilty of (p)101.21, or (p)101.22. --- # Chapter 102 - Crimes Involving Property ## §102.1 - Theft ### (p)102.11 - Petty Theft Any player who takes the property of another valued at over $50 but under $300 with no intent to return the property is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine twice the value of the goods they stole. ### (p)102.12 - Simple Theft Any player who takes the property of another valued at over $301 but under $1000 is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine twice the value of the goods they stole or serve 7 minutes imprisonment. ### (p)102.13 - Gross Theft Any player who takes the property of another valued at over $1001 but under $2000 is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall serve 10 minutes imprisonment **unless**: (a) The property stolen is a vehicle, in which case the player is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall serve 12 minutes imprisonment, (b) The property stolen is a firearm, in which case the player is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 15 minutes imprisonment, (c ) The property stolen is a dangerous weapon that is not a firearm, in which case the player is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall serve 14 minutes imprisonment. ### (p)102.14 - Grand Theft Any player who takes the property of another valued at over $2001 is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 15 minutes imprisonment **unless**: (a) The property stolen is a vehicle in which case the player is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 17 minutes imprisonment, (b) The property stolen is a firearm, in which case the player is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 20 minutes imprisonment. ## (p)102.2 - Destruction of Property ### (p)102.211 - Vandalism Any player who defaces, or changes the look of an item or thing to decrease it's value is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine twice the value of the defaced property. ### (p)102.212 - Destruction of Property Any player who destroys the property of another is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine twice the value of the destroyed property. ### (p)102.213 - Gross Distruction of Property Any player who destroys the property of another worth more than $1,500 or for personal or mutural gain is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall serve 11 minutes imprisonment. ### (p)102.214 - Felony Destruction of Property Any player who destroys the property of another worth more than $4,000 is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 16 minutes imprisonment. ### (p)102.221 - Arson Any player who lights a fire on the property of another and cases damage without consent is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 15 minutes imprisonment. ## (p)102.3 - Burglary ### (p)102.311 - Aggrivated Burglary in the First Degree Any player who enters the occupied home or business of another by illegal means, and presents a dangerous weapon, and commits another crime (especially a violation of §102.1) while in that home or business is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 20 minutes imprisonment. ### (p)102.312 - Aggrivated Burglary in the Second Degree Any player who enters the occupied home or business of another by illegal means, and has a dangerous weapon with intent to present or use the weapon, and commits another crime (especially a violation of §102.1) while in that home or business is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 18 minutes imprisonment. ### (p)102.321 - Simple Burglary in the First Degree Any player who enters the occupied home or business of another by illegal means, and commits another crime (especially a violation of §102.1) while in that home or business is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 16 minutes imprisonment. ### (p)102.322 - Simple Burglary in the Second Degree Any player who enters the unoccupied home or closed or unoccupied business of another by illegal means, and commits another crime (especially a violation of §102.1) while inside that home or business is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall serve 14 minutes imprisonment. ### (p)102.323 - Simple Burglary in the Third Degree Any player who enters the property of another and commits another crime (especially a violation of §102.1) while on the property is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall serve 12 minutes imprisonment. ### (p)102.33 - Double Jeprody; Burglary #### **Sub. 1** Any player who is charged under (p)102.3 shall not be charged under (p)102.2 for any damage caused while entering the home, business or property. #### **Sub. 2** Any player who is charged under (p)102.3 shall not be charged under (p)102.4 for being on the property. ## (p)102.4 - Trespass ### (p)102.41 - Simple Trespass Any player who enters the property of another without consent is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall serve 4 minutes imprisonment or pay a fine of $100. ### (p)102.42 - Trespass to Government Property Any player who unlawfully enters marked government property is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall serve 6 minutes imprisonment or pay a fine of $150. # Chapter 103 - Firearms ## (p)103.1 - Legal Purchase of Firearms ### (p)103.11 - State Firearm License Any player who owns or posesses a firearm in the state must have a State Firearm License (hereby refered to as an SFL). Any player who fails to posess a valid SFL while posessing or owning a firearm is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $200 or serve 9 minutes imprisonment. ### (p)103.12 - Sale of Firearms Only State Certified Firearm dealing businesses may sell firearms. Any player without a Firearm dealing license from the state who sells a firearm is guilty of a ==Felony== and shall serve 15 minutes imrpsionment. ### (p)103.13 - Posession of Firearm; Felony Any player who has committed a felony in the past 24 hours and posesses a firearm with or without an SFL is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall serve 12 minutes imprisonment. ### (p)103.131 - Double Jeperody; Posession of Firearm; Felony Any player who posesses a firearm during the comission of a felony using that firearm can not be made guilty under (p)103.13 unless the player was charged with a felony in a different case within 24 hours. # Chapter 140 - Conservation Laws # Chapter 200 - Vehicle Code ## (p)200.1 - Rules of the Road ### (p)200.101 - Stay to the Right Any player who fails to stay on the right half of the roadway is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $150. ### (p)200.102 - Failure to Signal Any player who turns onto another road or changes their lane of travel without signalling properly is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $100. ### (p)200.103 - Careless Lane Change Any player who changes their lane without care and nearly causes a traffic accident, or crosses one or more lanes in one continuous lane change, is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $110. ### (p)200.104 - Failure to Merge for Stopped Vehicle on Highway Any player who fails to merge or move over for a stopped vehicle on the side of the road is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $250 unless there was an obstruction preventing the driver from doing so. ### (p)200.105 - Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicles Any player who fails to yield to the side of the road for a responding emergency vehicle is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $175. ### (p)200.111 - Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign Any player who fails to stop for a stop sign is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $70. ### (p)200.112 - Failure to Yield - Intersections Any player who fails to yield to an oncoming vehicle at a yeild sign is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $60. ### (p)200.113- Traffic Lights #### **Sub. 1** Any player who fails to stop and wait at a red light is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $80 except when making a right on red at an intersection where it is allowed. #### **Sub. 2** Any player who fails to stop at a red light while turning right is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $60. #### **Sub. 3** Any player who passes a yellow light and nearly causes an accident is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $70. #### **Sub. 4** Any player who fails to stop at a flashing red light is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $80. #### **Sub. 5** Any player who fails to yield to an oncoming car at a flashing yellow light is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $70. #### **Sub. 6** Any player who fails to stop at an intersection where the traffic lights are out or malfuctioning is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $80. ### (p)200.114 - Speeding #### **Sub. 1** Any player who exceeds the posted speed limit is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $150. #### **Sub. 2** Any player who exceeds the posted speed limit by 30 MPH or more is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine on $300. ### (p)200.115 - Exceptions to (p)200.101-(p)200.114 for Emergency Vehicles Those responding to incidents in emergency vehicles with lights and or sirens activated are exempt from (p)200.101-(p)200.114. ### (p)200.121 - Traffic Accidents and Collisions #### **Sub. 1** Any player who strikes a vehicle with a vehicle they were driving is guilty of a ==Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $400. #### **Sub. 2** Any player who strikes a vehicle with a vehicle they were driving and causes substanial bodily harm as defined in §101.10 is guilty of a ==Gross Misdemeanor== and shall serve 10 minutes imprisonment or pay a fine of $800. ## (p)200.2 - Vehicle Equipment ### (p)200.211 - Emergency Vehicle Equipment #### **Sub. 1** Police, Sheriff, Fire Marshall and Game Warden vehicles are to be equipped with red and blue lighting visible from 100 studs or more. These vehicles can also be equipped with Amber or White lights. White lights that are not headlights or reverse lights may be mounted facing the front or sides of the vehicle. Amber lights that are not turn signals may be mounted facing the rear of the vehicle. :::spoiler (a) Village Police Vehciles Village police vehicles are to be equipped with at least one red light on the driver's side of the vehicle and one blue light on the passenger's side of the vehicle. Red lights are to be mounted on the driver's side of the vehicle. Blue lights are to be mounted on the passenger's side of the vehicle. ::: :::spoiler (b) County Sheriff Vehciles County Sheriff vehicles are to be equipped with at least one red light on the driver's side of the vehicle and one blue light on the passenger's side of the vehicle. Red lights are to be mounted on the driver's side of the vehicle. White lights that are not headlights or reverse lights may be mounted facing the front or sides of the vehicle. ### (p)200.212 - Headlights Any player driving a vehicle on a roadway without two headlights activated is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $250. ### (p)200.213 - Tail Lights Any player driving a vehicle on a roadway without two tail lights activated is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $250. ### (p)200.214 - Brake Lights Any player driving a vehicle on a roadway without three functioning brake lights is guilty of a ==Petty Misdemeanor== and shall pay a fine of $250.q
