# Picking up task ## 1. Task list Task list can be found on [PlatformBO](https://trello.com/b/ZuysVEVh/platformbo) Trello. Task list classification 1. Backlog TASK that is already refined but yet to be prioritized 3. To-Do TASK that is already prioritized by PM 5. On-Going TASK that is currently under development 7. DEV Test TASK that has passed Code Review, merged back to master and deployed to DEV environment 9. Stage Test TASK that has passed DEV test, and deployed to Stage environment 11. Prod Release TASK that has passed Stage test, and deployed to Prod environment ## 2. Before commencing development * When you do not have anything on hand. Please request for new task from TPE at telegram group. * Assign the task to yourselves * Once a task is assigned to you. Please read through: * Description of task * Comments on the task to check for latest requirement update * Attached images * Prototype * If there is anything unclear or uncertain on the requirement please raise it to PM * If there is anything unclear or uncertain on the technical part please raise it to RD team * For larger task, break down to smaller tasks * Create a checklist to record down what tasks need to be achieved and its estimated completion date * For task that is high in complexity, it is advised to create a development plan and to discuss it with RD team before commencing.
