# FHIR Exercises
醫資標準並不難,只是包含的知識繁多,且各醫護專業部門有其專門要求,過去醫資系統通常由資訊人員開發,
而資訊人員往往不熟醫資標準、對要發展的專業領域不熟悉、又無法在某專業領域長期研發。
因此開發的醫資系統往往不支援醫資標準,無法進一步改進完善系統,無法形成可推廣的商品。
辛苦開發,但僅能在少數醫院應用,甚為可惜。
目前許多專業部門之標準化醫資系統需從確立標準及需求開始,好好分析探討,逐步擴充發展。
以此而言,醫資低年級同學、醫護人員、或未來會從事醫療相關行業的同學,最有可能在團隊當中長期發展。
只是他們對發展醫資標準系統所需知能還很陌生,而資訊知能非常龐雜。初學者很往往不知要學甚麼,或學了許多不會用到的內容。
其實,實際應用系統使用到許多通用的函式及模組,這可由程式專精人員來發展。各式專業 FHIR 前端應用,
主要時間花在確立規格(JSON 模板),及介面功能。我們可依此提供編修修改 JSON 檔,及擴充調整介面功能之教材,
以利參與團隊人員長期發展,逐步完善標準規和及系統介面功能
## Goal:
* 模擬各式健康醫療作業流程
* 這教材需合適讓完全不會程式的初學者快速入門 & 可參與制定醫學資訊標準專案
* 授課對象非資訊人員,且無法有許多時間了解資訊專業技能
* 教材須儘量簡單易懂,避免提供太多知識

Medical standards are not difficult , but it contains a lot of knowledge , and each medical professional department has its own special requirements , the old medical information system was usually developed by information personnel , Information personnel are often unfamiliar with medical standards , unfamiliar with the professional field to be developed , and unable to produce a long-term research and development in a professional field. Therefore, the developed medical system often does not support medical standards, cannot further improve and perfect the system, and cannot produce products that can be promoted. what a pity to know that it was really hard to developed it , but it can only be applied in a few hospitals.
Until now a lot of standardized medical informatics system need to start building the specification and requirement. Analyze and discuss well, gradually expand and develop. In this regard, students in the smaller grades of medical resources, medical staff, or students in medical-related industries that will be engaged in the future are most likely to develop in the team for a long time. It's just that they are still unfamiliar with the knowledge required to develop the medical standard system, and the information and knowledge are very complex. Beginners often don't know what to learn, or learn a lot that they won't be using it. In fact, many general-purpose functions and modules are used in practical application systems, which can be developed by programmers who are specialized in programming. Various professional FHIR front-end functions, the main time is spent on establishing specifications (JSON templates), and interface functions. We can provide teaching materials for editing and modifying JSON files and expanding or adjusting interface functions. join the long-term development of the team members, gradually improve the standard regulations and system interface functions.
