## About Me

My name is **James A. Joseph** and I am a proud owner at Valley Forge Towers South Luxury Condominiums since 2014.

As a statistician, **I love to manage data**. In doing so, I help physicians monitor the safety & efficacy of new treatments. I also help investors see the risk & reward of speculative positions.

I am running for VFTS Council because I want to help our community maintain Peace and Prosperity – **once and for all**. Good data management can accomplish this.

I tallied complaints amongst VFTS stakeholders to confirm intuitions regarding two long-overdue areas of improvement: Transparency from Council and Accountability from Management. Next, **I built a solution called “VFTS Link”**.

This simple application helps staff tackle day-to-day duties like completing service requests and submitting expenses, all while **keeping homeowners in-the-know**. Plus, with handy tools like calendars and checklists, we can maintain **high expectations** while **avoiding costly turnover** amongst employees!

The best part is that this system is built upon a **single-source-of-truth**: one spreadsheet! When fully implemented, any council can track annual progress and gain access to a growing body of knowledge about our building.

While residents will not be required to use “VFTS Link”, many have, nonetheless, voiced their desire to after visiting my online demo. **Type VFTS.Link** into your internet browser to see for yourself!
