# SWPR Fee Buybacks

Swapr has been generating fees into the Swapr "FeeReceiver", which can be found on each chain containing Swapr contracts. These can be used to buyback SWPR from the market in accorance with the original SWPR token signal proposal.

### Contracts

Each chain has it's own deployment of the FeeReceiver and therefore have seperate addresses. The location and amount collected from the protocolFee are as follows:

Because the fees are minimal, we propose using a 3 out of 6 multisig to perform these buybacks on both Arbitrum and Gnosis Chain. The buybacks will be spread out over a period of 2 to 6 months to ensure that it is not gamed, and will be done on a continuous basis during this time.

We also need to determine exactly who will be in this multisig that is continually triggering 'takeProtocolFee' and orchestrating the SWPR buyback.

# COMMENT: I THINK THIS NEEDS A STRONGER ACTION (POLL? SNAPSHOT PROPOSAL?) AND ALSO A LARGER REFERENCE TO THE SWPR SIGNAL PROPOSAL. FWIW, SHOULDN'T WE BE ENGAGING SWPR GOVERNANCE SURROUNDING USE OF THE FEES DELEGATED TO THE SWAPR TREASURY, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY DISTRIBUTING THE 30% FEES TO SWPR HOLDERS (AND THEREFORE DXDAO?)

In the initial proposed model, all protocol fees will be sent to a smart contract where it will be divided:

70% to the Swapr Treasury;

30% to the SWPR Fee Share.
