### Ingame admin/mod roles

frankly, i think it may be a good idea to give admin/mod stuff to a separate account and not the player one. That way it'd be easier to also track what's going on as you'd see when the mod (with their non-playing account) would come on.
Ideas:
- Make it clear that an entity in the world is a mod
- Improve tracking on what mods do
- Ways to approach
- Our current manifestation is a player in the game
- This isn't great because it doesn't separate the game from doing work on the server
- Potential improvements
- Web UI
- Menu that allows you to make changes to the server while in game, but not controlling a character
- Ways to see logs of what mods have been doing
