Having a large amount of players on the servers has stressed all of us. Classical case of "be careful what you ask for".
But we hope that we can work things out over time.

I liked watching [Alice Cecile on RustConf 2022 about managing open source projects](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3PJaiSpbmc). We can head a lot of good advice from her. In short: Scale your project by making the core members expendable, often by improving documentation and increasing community review.
