Dear Customer,<br/>

This is to notify you that your account referenced above has remained overdrawn (with a negative end-of-day balance) for more than forty-five (45) consecutive days as of today&#39;s date.<br/>

<br/>

Until you bring your account to a positive end-of-day balance, you should not write additional checks or make additional withdrawals (debit card or ATM transactions).<br/>

If you cannot make a sufficient deposit to bring your account to a positive end-of-day balance, contact our Customer Services Department at 918-495-1700 or 844-825-5399, or visit any location. We can assist you in resolving this matter. <br/>

We want very much to keep you as our customer, but it is critical that you either (1) immediately make a deposit in an amount sufficient to cover your negative balance or (2) contact our Customer Services Department for assistance. If we do not hear from you within the next fifteen (15) days, this letter will serve as &quot;the final demand for payment&quot; of your overdraft amounts and accumulated fees. We will close your account in an unsatisfactory status and pursue all collection actions available to us under applicable law. We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.<br/>
