## Prediction of Company Bankruptcy in TAIWAN

## Motivations

近年來由於全球數位化推進，加上技術密集產業需求大增，中小企業遍地開花，然而中小企業由於法規因素，資訊揭露部分較不完善，因此容易造成投資人的資訊不對稱。
再加上新冠疫情席捲全球，加重中小企業負擔，導致數以萬計中小企業因此倒閉，投資人因資訊不對稱購入體質不佳公司倒閉案例曾初不窮。
因此我想要針對投資人較易獲得的財報資料作出預測模型。
