# Social Retain Exception
## 1. Terms
1. "We" or "us" means the copyright holder(s).
2. "the original license" means the BSD 3 Clause license.
3. "original distribution source" means places where we place artifact that in form of source code or binary form and is under controll of us.
4. "licensee" means every entity who has given the right to use in some portion by the original license.
5. "direct link" means [a URL or some method to access] to original districution source without adsense nor wait-time.

## 2. Exempt conditions
We explicitly permit the following "alternative retain method" in addition to original condition which is defined in article 2 of the original license if following conditions are met:

1.  with a direct link and a short paragraph which implies usage of this product in following place if the licensee uses this product in VRChat:
  a. bio of licensee's account
  b. description of world page
  c. in-game credit in world page
2. It may be substituted with a direct link in a "comment", UIX, or similar component that does not affect to user if licensee uses this product in NeosVR or Resonite.
