First, I was mistaken about the pricing model. Second and more importantly, I didn't consider the structure of accounts in the Foundation's compute infrastructure. Instructors can be setup with Admin rights over cohort members accounts and therefore submit ```rr``` traces to pernos.co on behalf of students. So the accounts capable of submitting an unlimited uploads to pernos.co need only be held by instructors and me. This new understanding or the pricing model and the compute account structure is reflected in these new totals. This compute account structure was validated with Oli as they are setting up the compute accounts at AWS.
