Any kind of APIs. - THE ROADMAP: - https://www.asyncapi.com/roadmap - OUR VALUES: - **Community-driven**, the community participates in all discussions - **Asynchronous Communications**, our community is global and many are volunteers so synchronous meetings are less valuable than async communications. - **Extreme transparency**, we do all of our work in the open - **Honesty**, we stick with the truth even when it's hard. - **Decency**, we are kind to our community and each other and give credit where it is due. - **Inclusive**, we welcome everyone. ## What to expect in your first weeks. - Day one meet with HR and IT - take lots of notes in your IT onboarding session as it moves very quickly and the information is critical to the correct setup of your machine and accounts. - take down the names and roles of people you meet in case you need to reach out to them on Slack later. - Set up a recurring 1:1 with your manager for future weeks where you will discuss - work and task progress - mostly onboarding tasks at first. - personal development goals, progress and advice. - Take time to complete HR paper work and tasks - Select your benefits. - Complete corporate training on security and other topics.
