Description of problem: Calculated heart-rate measurement is wrong. I'm doing heart-rate based running workouts. It seems for a while, my HR does not goes up more then 150-160 while it's normally around 170-180 at my interval sets. (hard workouts) I've identified the problem by using a different hrm-pro (my wife's) and using garmin fenix's heart rate calculation. I've tried resetting it, and changing batteries, but no luck. My purchase date was 26 Nov. 2021. So it's more then two years. Can you help me with a repair or replacement as in goodwill warranty? This is a premium and expensive device for a heart-rate monitor. Garmin is a love-mark at our hopme.We use garmin products all the day. We have/had Garmin Fenix6, 6s, Fenix7, Garmin Edge 530, 830, HRM-PRO-plus, as a family and happily using all the ecosystem in our running, cycling, and swimming workouts. Can you help me with this?
