There is an innumerable amount of factions in the Ultraseries, and this HackMD document aims to cover the big bois.

## Nanotrasen Corporation
A megacorp residing in the Megabase with years of experience and some of the most advanced military technology ever under its belt.
### Important Persons
Addust: Chief Executive, Grand Admiral: Founder of the Nanotrasen corporation and its commander to this day.
Twenzu: Admiralty Board Officer, External Ally: An influential sheep with many ties within Nanotrasen. Part of the Admiralty Board.
N.T.A.S.C.S: Main AI: An extremely advanced AI serving as the central coordinator for Nanotrasen silicon operations.
San: Advisory AI: Currently installed on Addust's PDA, serves as an advisor and also does science and shit
### Departments and Subsidiaries

##### Armed Corps
The Armed Corps of Nanotrasen are the bulk of its army. With their distinctive armoured red jumpsuits and emblazoned combat helmets, you cannot mistake them in the battlefield. Wielding the venerable NT-ARG 'Boarder' 5.56 rifle and the reliable 10mm Ansem pistol, these soldiers are the front-line forces of Nanotrasen.
##### Research Department
The second-largest department of Nanotrasen right behind the Armed Corps. Focuses on research of bluespace technology and phoron, and VERY well-trained in their disciplines.
###### SUB-DEPARTMENT OF RESEARCH: Blacklabs
The Blacklabs are highly-classified research bases serving under Nanotrasen used to research technology that really should NOT be visible to the public.
##### Medical Department
The medical department comprise of some of the most trained doctors you will ever see in your entire life. Capable of bringing a man back from the dead in minutes via advanced cloning arrays.
##### The Death Squad
A department serving as the primary elite strike force of Nanotrasen. Issued with intimidating 200-shot pulse rifles and the Mateba autorevolver, these operatives are not to be trifled with. Multiple specialised units designated as Deathgiver units exist.
###### Standard Deathgiver Units:
FOREWORD: The Deathgiver Units are structured similarly to Mobile Task Forces of the SCP foundation. Just cooler. Also, these are just the big lads.
ALPHA-1 "ADMIRALTY'S RIGHT HAND": Deathgiver unit Alpha-1 serves as the bodyguards and strike force of the Admiralty Board, and are the most capable of the units.
BETA-7 "DECONTAMINATION": Deathgiver unit Beta-7 serves as the main response to biological hazards, issued with a phoron flamethrower alongside their other gear.
NU-7 "FIRST STRIKE": Deathgiver Unit Nu-7 is the primary offensive unit, serving as commandos for breaching into and securing areas.
EPSILON-11 "LAST LINE": Deathgiver Unit Epsilon-11 serve as the rear guards of secure outposts, and are issued with MODsuit energy shields.

#### Engineering Department
The Engineering Department of Nanotrasen serves as the primary construction, maintenance, and repair crew, patching together and assembling the Corporation's many structures. Known for advanced building technology and comprising of some of the more eccentric personnel of the corporation.
#### Central Administrative
The Central Administrative department serves as the brains of the corporation, alongside holding the Admiralty Board and the Central Command stations used for coordinating sector operations. If you're in this department, you are trusted and have been vetted by Deathgiver unit Alpha-1.
#### Intelligence Agency
Sometimes, there's a little bit of information just out of your reach. No matter. The Intelligence Agency are specialist infiltrators, each one issued with a silenced, caseless version of the Ansem designed to fit in the tightest spaces and a bluespace storage implant, alongside heaps of equipment for infiltrating, sabotaging, and monitoring every single enemy of the corporation.
#### Recordkeeping Department
These are the primary paper-pushers, making backup after backup and recording terabytes of information daily to ensure that Nanotrasen always knows everything it can.
#### Nanotrasen Heavy Industries
A Nanotrasen subsidiary assigned to the manufacturing of heavy equipment, such as .50 cal rifles or industrial systems.
#### Nanotrasen Occultistry
A group of occultists with ties to Nar'Sie and Ratvar, working to further Nanotrasen by weakening reality in their favour. Believed to have the ability to restore the Omega, if they so choose.
#### Iron Belle Bladeworks
Nanotrasen's dedicated swordwork and combat knife production division, bought up in early Ulan to produce Addust's sabre, which still bears the IBB logo.
#### Scarborough Arms
An old Ulan-era guns manufacturer brought up by Nanotrasen, responsible for the design behind the infamous C-20r Cobra Colonial Rifle and the Bulldog autoshotgun.
#### Microlite Laser Weaponry
A dedicated subsidiary of Nanotrasen that develops advanced laser weaponry.
#### SpaceX

#### Dome Broadcasting Corporation
Formerly known as the British Broadcasting Corporation, this old British television company serves news across TVs in the Dome. Currently based out of a rebuilt Broadcasting House, with corporate operations in the original Television Centre.

## Oviashield

The Oviashield is a government organization founded and led by Twenzu, that serves to ensure the protection of all registered sheep in a subsection of the same name. Located in Ovia, the Oviashield is enclosed by a dome shield similar to the Dome's, helping to keep out everybody but registered sheep. At the same time, OVIASHIELD is a tech corporation created for the purpose of designing technology to enhance the safety and life quality of sheep citizens.

Not only is the Oviashield's society completely comprised of sheep, but the government and corporation is also primarily run by sheep.

Twenzu - Leader of the Oviashield as well as the founder and CEO of the corporation and program *OVIASHIELD*.
Woolton - Main manager of OVIASHIELD projects, helps oversee progress on product creation while Twenzu is absent.
Tyler - uhhhhhhh
Androids - AI robots designed by OVIASHIELD for retrieval, combat, and whatever Twenzu doesn't want to do
Addust - gives money, gives soldiers, gives spare ships, also materials and guns and shit

### Departments and Subsidiaries

#### Construction Department
A department created for the purpose of planning, designing, and constructing buildings and architecture for both the towns of the Oviashield as well as OVIASHIELD's headquarters.
#### Armed Forces
Legions of loyal, dedicated sheep wielding mass-produced Nanotrasen weaponry, modified to fit their unique ergonomics, alongside tactical MODsuits and the Gladiator androids. All of these soldiers are highly-trained and competent, and you won't find them without a Boarder rifle and Ansem pistol.
#### Inteq Shipbuilding
An old-Ulan shipbuilding company donated to the OVIASHIELD by Nanotrasen to provide expertise and manpower for the OVIASHIELD navy.

## The Gorlex Marauders

Unidentified Admiral - Seemingly an operations coordinator or commander. KIA upon the destruction of the Gorlex's first asteroid ship.

### Ranks
Being a crack military, they use ranks.
OPERATIVE - Grunt workers and soldiers.
COMMANDO - These guys get stolen and modified MODsuits, often designated the 'gorlex MODsuit' by Nanotrasen forces.
TEAM LEADER - lead squad
