ver. 01: 先算出絕對存量 ( 液位高度L = V * TOF / 2 )，告警只能依據液位高度低於某一個絕對值，發出告警，但桶型不一，比較不符合實際現況。
ver. 02: 根據桶型，算出存量百分比(%)，自訂告警百分比。
