### Paladins <> Delegates Circle

- UberPaladins will be responsible for:
- **Organizing/rounding** up UberHaus delegates for meetings
- **Tracking** needs/tasks for UberHaus and coordinating with the POCs so we can create accountability
- **Operation** deal with governance tasks e.g. proposals, processing, and execution

- UberHaus Delegates will be responsible for:
- **Observing** contributions to assess the value that UberPaladins and other DAOs are delivering to UberHaus
- **Sharing** information brought to you through UberHaus within your DAO and vice-versa
- **Coordinating** contributors from your individual DAOs to UberHaus

**1. UberHaus showed resiliance** from passing a proposal on cedgeDAO, a platform that doesn't openly provide detailed information on what their DAO builds. They have a notion website up and that is all. you can check them out at cedge.io

**2. Shennanigans**, a DAO made just for fun is testing the waters in UberHaus and looking to become a more meaningfully engaged DAO. **4. HeroDAO Bug Bounty** was discovered as someone made a funding proposal for 0.000001 xdai in Hero DAO. Because of a bug parsing units the entire daohaus front end was broken & all our proposals. This could have been used to DOS ever dao on the site, until the bug hunter found and fixed the issue. On behalf of Hero DAO, we respectfully request a small prize for the fixer for making improvements to DAOhaus, finding the bug, & squashing the bug.

### Mission

UberHaus Paladins along with Delegates are going to be responsible for shaping the future of UberHaus. In shaping that future, there comes a manifold responsibility to organize, coordinate, and execute on behalf of the DAOs operating on top of DAOhaus.

At the outset and without much instruction from UberHaus Delegates, Paladins have been slowly iterating on the shape that we believe the future of UberHaus should take on.

We want UberHaus to be composed of DAOs that are interested and invested in seeing the growth of DAOhaus as a non-proprietary platform and focused on delivering value to HAUS Token, the DAOs on DAOhaus, and driving forward the different uses for tools on DAOhaus.

### Transparancy of UberHaus
**Bigger Question**: How do we want to set the tone for sharing information within our respective communities and users?

Can we facilate and create a framework that allows many individuals from the different *Delegate DAOs* to participate and spread the narrative of DAOhaus and its counterparts? It doesn't even have to be narrative, can be development too.

Do we have any interest in having *event listeners* for different communities in DAOhaus so whenever "specific" interactions take place in DAOs you care about, you can get the direct DL.

The Renassiance of Community ownership and governance:

**i.** A look into the platforms, communities, and groups ripe for DAO adoption

**output:** Synthesis of the aligned goals between our respective communities and users through:

- a. articles, blogs, tweets, social media engagement
- b. outlining the opportunities presented to these organizations through getting involved in UberHaus (material/non-material)
