Warcamp or UberHaus the Jester/King - (bringing into question who answers to who, who is the aristocrat, balance of powers)

### Proposals
#### [UberHaus Treasury Diversification CCO](https://forum.daohaus.club/t/67-proposal-uberchill-cco-poolhaus-kickback/10526)

We are requesting **132,000 HAUS** tokens from UberHaus to seed the Mainnet CCO DAO and LP DAO.

- **50,000 HAUS** will be used for the initial CCO DAO transmutation, in exchange for 500 ETH
- **82,000 HAUS** will be used to seed HAUS liquidity on mainnet in an 80:20 HAUS/ETH Balancer pool (ETH liquidity in LP DAO is supplied by CCO contributors, making UberHaus the **owner** of its own liquidity)

*x% of the amount raised in the CCO will be returned to UberHaus for Ops following Transmutation #1*

*The 82K for HAUS liquidity is a one-time request. There will be future requests for HAUS to complete the CCO transmutations later in 2022.*

Summing all four transmutation rounds, Alchemists will be requesting a total of 100-125k HAUS (10-12% of total supply) for the CCO to be transmuted into a maximum of 1250 ETH. The full amount will be transmuted over a 9 month period.

### Why are we doing this?

Keeping up with the growth and decentralization of DAOhaus, we have an opportunity to further advance the platform, economy, and community goals by executing on this plan, which will directy bring HAUS to a wider audience ontop of providing the community what it needs to progress forward.

> Last year’s CCOs put HAUS into the hands of an **additional ~263 supporters, growing the HAUS supporter base by 450%** and decentralizing the product-user base as a result.

**Success is denoted by proper spend**

+4k token holders
+2k DAOs

Growing the contributor base much further, decentralize the team, expand the ecosystem of DAOs that are building.

**The value proposition(s):**

##### UberHaus
- receive 10x% of transmuted ETH in Transmutation #1 for UberHaus ops
- distribute ownership of HAUS token to a wider base of contributors

**How much should UberHaus** receive for the purpose of carrying out UberHaus actions.

##### Warcamp
* fund warcamp for another 12-18 months to execute on the DAOhaus roadmap - [check roadmap](https://daohaus.club/docs/handbook/contributors/magesmiths/roadmap/)
* Dogfooding - Completing the CCO via the new Yeeter platform
* % of eth allocated to Warcamp

##### General
* Increase reach and sustainability of HAUS Liquidity
* Further decentralize HAUS token holder base
* Gain better visibilty into HAUS token holder and DAOhaus contributor base
* Allow whales and minnows on Mainnet to boost signal for DAOhaus as the home for purpose-driven community DAOs.

### Trust Mechanics

Given the multi-part operations of this initiative (especially with the need for bridging assets between networks), as part of this proposal UberHaus would deputize the following parties to facilitate operations:
- *Representatives of Warcamp*, to manage the CCO transmutation and delivery of ETH to UberHaus
- *Representatives of Warcamp and interested UberHaus delegates*, to manage the UberHaus-owned HAUS/ETH liquidity on Balancer

**Ideal scenario** - get funds processed from UberHaus and executed so we can point to the transmutation minion with funds in it on or before **February 15th**

How is success being evaluated in this CCO Raise & LP DAO?
- What does it look like?
- What does failure look like?
- Accomplishing Goals on Roadmap = Success

##### If we don't have the ability to execute on something like this, then our collective journey suddenly comes into question and staying liquid a problem to solve for.

### ETHDenver
- Starts on Feb 11th & goes through the week
- A great opportunity (with boots on the ground) for people to learn about DAOhaus and get introduced to what we are building
- Many of the folks in attendance will be high signal members of the Ethereum community, we want to focus our attention on highly aligned people (long-term folks, value aligned, less-apey)
- P2P expansion of HAUS token Liquidity

##### ETHDenver Contingency
- If there is low uptake or the community isn't responding well, we are all there to mediate and come together to resolve or develop a side plan

**The Distinctions between DAO frameworks and DAOs themselves are growing clearer.**

DAOhaus is the home for purpose-driven community DAOs.

Architecting growth -
Executing on the goals/rails that we've developed to extend our reach.

v3 - removing friction through embracing flexibility, disaggregating dependencies, identifying vulnerabilities, and breaking apart into composible units that can be iterated on, thrown out, or built on top of.

### UberHaus Delegates Further Consideratons

## HAUS token Liquidity is stuck on xDAI
- many people looking to acquire HAUS on mainnet, but they are on Mainnet! not looking to move to xDAI and pay big slippage.

#### Telling the Story of HAUS rising from the ashes of impropriety and a propery mismangement.

## Open Discourse & Questions

- Sustainability - Are Warcamp/UberHaus looking to achieve sustainability OR is it Warcamp that is facilitating the sustainability of the DAOhaus platform

- UberHaus governs and owns the DAOhaus platform and HAUS token supply

- Warcamp has to continue proving that it can deliver on UberHaus's wants & needs

##### UberHaus needs to have accountability for:
- Warcamp
- Delegates
- UberPaladins
- Funding initiatives

**Treasury Diversification of UberHaus:**
- If we can diversify our treasury, we can create more sustainability in UberHaus operations.
- Productizing treasury diversification
- CCO (treasury diversification event)

Attracting people to participate in UberHaus by way of giving tangible value directly to those who are interacting with it. (whether through connecting DAOs in a network, offering a powerful tool tailored to specific projecct, etc.)

Encourage participation through extending real value to communities, as opposed to trying to attract them through narrative and culture.
