- These both require a Git/GitHub based workflow. We have already set this up and we will transition to and introduce a new workflow to accompany the RaidParty

**Design Requirements**
- Use [RG Origin Stories](https://origins.raidguild.org/) for inspiration on site simplicity, flow, general structure.
- Utilize design and brand assets supplied by Guil + Felipe from [UberHaus Brand](https://uberhaus.webflow.io/)
- Consider adding CMS for site Mods to enable adding `+ Origin Stories` to the website. Otherwise, improve Github workflow, process, and triage for contributors
- Preserve existing site structure, add appendage at subdomain (originstories.uberhaus.club) **`Any Suggestions to shorten this`**

- Integrate refined content curated through interview process and create showcase repository
- Video embed showcasing interviews?
- Other Interactive content or Art?
- a longer section to capture the enthusiasm that we all have/share about the *federated* DAO of DAOs: graindiose philosophical ideas, vision and values

**Site Structure**

1 page website giving form, fluidity, and shape to the UberHaus Origin Stories, paying due attention to UberHausBrand & Identity
- Communicates the Ethos of UberHaus through the design and structure.
- Shapes, Visual Elements, Other queues to improvise the mold and convey the motion in the internal flow and Dynamics of UberHaus
- A Complex System with many Stakeholders working betwixt one another

- **Origins Landing Page**
- Landing page with minimilist design with each of the following:
- Short phrase or intro upon landing on the site page (Crowdsourced Quote from all DAO Delegates - "Origin Stories Headline")
- Flip-Book Catalog of interviews (A Navigator Module) - think jukebox for content
- DAO Catalog - Individual DAO Profiles
- Access to 'Uber Specific' material **e.g Collate DAO specific materials from our partner DAOs to link to** (manifestos, docs, social accts, etc.)
- DAO Onboarding Funnel
- clickup/airtable embed
- Footer
- UH Social links, contact, agreement, logo, etc.

- RaidGuild will build and maintain the site appendage (as needed)

## Proposal

The deliverable will be a fully built website with the implemented designs provided by the UberHaus Brand & Identity. The site hosting will be done through either Netlify or Vercel. (GitHub account?, licenses?, etc?)

## RaidParty Payment

Verified payment of **5,000 wxDAI** into the RaidParty DAO on xDai will initiate the project.

### ~~## In case of dispute~~

If you lose confidence in the Raid Party at any time, you may `Lock` the remaining funds in escrow.

If you do not release funds upon completion of deliverables, the Raid Party may `Lock` the remaining funds in escrow.

In both cases, the `Lock` triggers the arbitration provider (i.e., LexDAO) to review the dispute. Based on their review, the arbitration provider will decide which party should receive what amount of funds, and will send a transaction to the escrow contract that will transfer the appropriate amounts to each party.

We sincerely hope this won't be the case, but all parties are protected nevertheless.
