- Evidence the need for a certain structure by testing it

#### Workshop type format

- Capture the ideas
- Structure them in a way they can all be considered
- Create a testing methodology based on all of the ideas we capture

#### Advocate simplicity
- Capture why the bottle necks exist

## Our Focus is off
- Centralization of proposal creation process
- **How do we teach this?** (How do we templatize)
- Can we create rails for people to be able to do this
- Not scalable
## Notes & Feedback on Structure

- HAUS holders stake to UberHaus DAOs to Power up their governance

## Onboarding is Easy?

- Is there enough value in the opportunity of governing through a snapshot?
- what are the incentives?

## Overhead being a problem
- how do we incentivize the operator role?
- automate the operator role? (oracalize)
- trust issue (not sustainable...)

## What are our Goals?
- more engaged HAUS holder base
- better signalling on how to operate
- Having a place for HAUS holders to stake and receive governance power will give HAUS more utility

### How heavy is it ?

- Can we do this in a few weeks time?

### Staking Escrow contract not controlled / connected to the DAO at all

- v3 setup would have this built in....
- maybe we work toward this model?
