#### Taking the Temp of the Room
- Rewards should be made available to those participating in the meetings

- Double dipping - how many things are we all participating in ?

- How can we keep people involved through the DAOs we're already invovled in

- Once the meetings stopped, people couldn't show up

- The meeting structure was causing a lot of friction for delegates to participate
- need clarity on how our efforts are not duplicative in UberHaus

- Outsource work to insular group underneath UberHaus delegates
- Have a higher-level meeting that enables delegates to come together

- Disconnect between delegates that know exactly what is happpening in the DAOhaus ecosystem

### Meeting Notes

- Grants committee to manage, triage, and support providing grants to the wider Uber ecosystem
- MGD looking to support
- just need to get a structure in place to support pluging-in other DAOs from the Uber Haus ecosystem

- Earmarking funds from the CCO transmutations providing runway for the grants committee, jesters, ops, etc.

#### Ruminating on UberHaus Reboot

- Utility of HAUS tokens within UberHaus and the Haus ecosystem

#### Launch Experiments & Run specific WarGames
- Running incentivized experiments within UberHaus to try and come with an ideal structure for new participants in
- Thinking together WCs & Delegates
- Teasing out the relationships that we want to see between Warcamp and UberHaus delegates

#### Evolution vs Devolution

- Let's create a system that solves the problems we have already identified within the current structure

**Common Set of Problems**
- Lets bring the divergent (jesters) <> convergent sessions (delegates) together to help refine the goals and direction of UberHaus
