## Proposals Overview

PowerHaus empowers LightHaus to direct all the DAOs in UberHaus.

Members of LightHaus will have the ability to create and champion proposals.

All proposals should fit into the following categories:

- Policy change
- Workstream
- Grant
- New member DAO
- Guild Kick

Every proposal will begin in LightHaus, and after a proposal is passed, a shareholder DAO may create an on-chain proposal in PowerHaus.


All proposals will have to go through the process of:
1. **→ Forum Post**
2. **→ Snapshot proposal & vote** (LightHaus)
3. **→ On-chain proposal & ratification** (PowerHaus)
4. **→ On-chain Execution** (PowerHaus)

#### Forum Post

After your DAO’s proposal receives positive signal on the [forum](https://hackmd.io/@uberhaus/r1fOdiTL9/https%3A%2F%2Fhackmd.io%2F01rfaX4PR4SlmPEFeW1MYQ), your DAO may move the proposal to a vote in LightHaus.

#### LightHaus Proposal

In order to make a proposal to the Snapshot (LightHaus), members will need to hold:
- 100 Loot (1 HAUS)
- 10,000 Shares (100 HAUS)
- 1 DXS / BPT

The snapshot voting period will be open for 5 days allowing for maximum voter participation from LPs, Loot and Shareholders.

#### PowerHaus Proposal

After a proposal passes in LightHaus, it is brought forth by a Shareholder or Operator for PowerHaus members to ratify. DAO members can choose to pass, veto, or abstain.
