### Participating in UberPaladins

In order to join UberPaladins, you must already be a part of Warcamp or your DAO a delegate of UberHaus.

We are looking for ops or community oriented folk who want to see the UberHaus mission forward and keep delegates on track with their collective goals toward decentralizing the DAOhaus platform stack, increasing DAO2DAO governance, and acting as a beacon for decentralized communities all over the world looking to govern more effectively.

### High level needs:

- Increase Participation in UberHaus
- Provide delegates with consistent communications and pertinant information regarding DAOhaus platform, community & economy.
- Improve ops to support delegates in particpating in UberHaus
- Reboot Rewards program for Delegates
- Setup Coordinape for subjective contributions to be made between delegates
- How to track contributions in UberHaus (think more about this)

#### The original formula

##### HAUS Mining Rules

The rewards will ramp up over time:
> 1,000 HAUS for the first three month period
2,000 HAUS for the second three month period
3,000 HAUS for the third three month period
4,000 HAUS for yet another three month period

All 10,000 HAUS will be distributed over the next 12 months. The rewards will be distributed every three months according to the formula above for DAOs that meet the eligibility requirements below.

#### Following up on the original

The formula above is what was originally outlined and presented to UberHaus delegates who participated in the first round of *governance mining*, but we only executed dispersing rewards to delegates in Q1 and not any of the subsequent governance mining periods.

It is not clear whether *governance mining* provided a large enough incentive to delegates participating in UberHaus, but I'd posit that the rewards were sufficient, just not explicit enough to entice new DAOs to join UberHaus and activate existing DAOs in the DAO of DAOs.

#### What are Rewards for anyway

People like free stuff, but I also see that there comes a discomfort when people in the DAO space are offered rewards without any clear reason for why they are being rewarded that value (a part from being a DAO in UberHaus (voting, writing proposals, participating in meetings, etc.)).
