I knew that an organizer needed to make contact with you if we wanted to close our group.

Who should communicate with you to close our group?

1) Monica

She is the former organizer of our group. However, she quit on September 30rd, 2023.

I’m Monica, the former organizer of Sakura Club Online for English & Japanese IT professionals.

I’ve already heard that Hiroshi Fukui is conducting the procedure to close our group but I need to do the same thing instead of Hiroshi.

So I would like to contact with Joyce from Meetup’s Community Support team regarding the closure of the group.

Incidentally, the number that Meetup gave Hiroshi after he first posted the inquiry was 1492352.
