こんにちは。
私は共同オーガナイザーの福井 洋（Hiroshi Fukui）と申します。

本日は、Sakura Club Online for English & Japanese IT professions の閉会についてお知らせ申し上げます。

英語と日本語を使ってIT技術に関するコミュニケーションを促進するために私たちは2021年3月に当グループを開始しました。

ですが現在ではグループを運営するオーガナイザーを取り巻く個人的な状況が変わり、会を維持することが大変難しい状況になっています。そのため先日オーガナイザー１名と共同オーガナイザー2名の合計3名で協議して、当グループは2023年9月30日土曜日をもちまして閉鎖することを決定しました。

せっかくMeetup上で私たちのグループを見つけて集まってくださったにも関わらず、このような決定をお知らせをすることになってしまい大変残念に思います。

本メールの送信からグループを削除するまでにまだ何日か日数がございます。もし本グループの閉会の件や本メールについて何かご質問があれば、Meetupのメッセージ機能を使ってHiroshi Fukuiあてにご連絡ください。

皆様とはいつかまたMeetup上の他のグループでお会いできれば幸いです。

Title: The announcement of closing Sakura Club Online for English & Japanese IT professions

Hello, everybody!
I’m Hiroshi Fukui, a co-organizer in Sakura Club Online for English & Japanese IT professions.

Today, I sent a message to inform you of closing this group.

We launched this group to encourage communication related to information technology in March 2021, using Japanese and English.

However, the situations surrounding the organizers have changed over time. Currently, it is tough for us to maintain Sakura Club Online.

So making a discussion, we, including one organizer and two co-organizers, decided on closing this group as of Saturday, September 30, 2023.

I am afraid to tell you that decision because the members chose us among a lot of groups here on this platform.

For now, there are still some days from the date this email was sent to the date this group will be deleted. So if you have any questions, feel free to ask me about this email and closing this group, using Meetup’s message function.

Hopefully, we will see you again somewhere on Meetup.
