## Testcard
## Pre-testing
**Name:** Melissa
**Age:** 21
**Occupation:** Student
**Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):**
We met in the learning hub at Em lyon business school
**Duration of the meeting:** 10 minutes
## User scenarios testing
**1st instruction**
Try to register on the app.
Was it easy ?
**Observations:**
It was easy to find where to sign in. But rather than putting "log in" and "sign in" at the top of the screen it would be better to put these steps on a page before getting to the map.
---
**2nd instruction:**
You are already registered on the application. You are now hiking with your family. You are looking for a place to have lunch. Please find one
**Observations:**
The sign for lunch areas are not enough eye-catching, it asks me some seconds to recognize it among the map as it is grey.
## Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
- easy to understand, the items represent well the different categories so even someone that haven't not used yet the application can use it rapidly
- interesting to have such information in real time (Melissa told me that her parents are usually complaining about the lack of updated information)
---
**Neutral feedback:**
- useful application
---
**Negative feedback:**
- some items (ex : picnic area) are not enough eye catching (colour grey quite the same as the mountains)
- signals have not the same size
---
**Learning & insights:**
From that, we've learn that we need to put as first page the possibility to log in/sign but also that we should work more on the design of the application to make it more pleasant and easy to use.
---
**Decisions & actions:**
To iterate, we will make it necessary to register before accessing the app. Then we also have to work on the logos to make them more eye catching and proportional but still easy to understand.
