Hey welcome 👋, i'm Sydney looking for 1 roommate

**OFFERING LONG TERM: I have an extra room. Looking for a sublet from Sept 1+, with potential to extend the sublet. $2000/mo. Couples ($3000), Dog OK

- Monthly rent includes all utilities *except electricity*
- Electricity varies depending on how much A/C (summer) heater (winter), *rought estimated average* is $50 (low) - $100 (high) a month. Various roommates have different preference for how much A/C or heater they need. Electricity will be split evenly between roommates.

- About 2 units per floor, 6 floors in the building, 12 units total

- gym in building and next door
- laundry in unit
- Dishwasher
- Bike room
- Not a Pre-war building (built 2019), no pests, rats, etc
- Dogs ok, cats no

- 4 block from WinSon and WinSon Bakery
- 3 block from comedy club
- 3 block from sports bar
- 3 block from Burning Man venue
- 7 blocks from 3DollarBill (queer venue)

**Transit:**

- Bike room in building
- 2 blocks from L train (Grand St Station)
- 15 min walk to to the G, M/F
- across the street from the bus stop (I take the bus to my office Greenpoint)

**Price and what's included:**

- applying as solo (no partner moving in) $2000/mo
- applying as a couple $3000/mo (please no toxic relationships)

**Lease terms:**

- A 6 month sublet September 2023 - February 2024
- Lease can be extended as needed

**House rules:**

- no shoes in house
- home is sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment
- dinner parties welcomed, ragers can be on roof or game room, or outside
- no smoking or drugs inside apartment unit

- I share food, meals, I cook fairly good Asian and Taiwanese food

- can help walk, feed, babysit dog (based on my availability)

**Application process:**

Process can take a min of 48 hours depending on speed of applicant

Rolling admissions until room filled

Step 1: take a house tour
Step 2: reference call with applicant's friend
Step 3: have an onboarding session
Step 4: sign mutual roommate agreement

Step 5: Provide deposit ($800 security deposit + 1st month rent)
