This contract (the "contract") is regarding payment of debts owed by SueOfWolves to Returnofthewarlock through the transfer of the *Redstone Company* property.

If, for any reason, SueOfWolves (the "payer") is unable or unwilling to pay such debts to Returnofthewarlock (the "creditor") in cash amounts equivalent to the cash amount of the debt owed to the creditor, the payer is here forth able to pay such debts by transfer of ownership of *Redstone Company* to the creditor. Such transfer of property will henceforth clear all debts owed by the payer to the creditor. Such transfer will be observed at notarized by a trusted third party, tycoonlover1359 (the "mediator"). If the transfer is completed without notification to the mediator, or the mediator cannot confirm that the transfer completed as requested by the payer and the creditor, the transfer is not considered repayment of debts owed by the payer to the creditor.

If, at any time, either the payer or the creditor decide the contract is no longer able to serve such responsibilities, either party may terminate the contract at any time. Such termination can happen by notification of termination to the mediator. Following termination, the contract is considered null and void.
