🎯 程式演算步驟：依亂數優先進行志願分發
✅ 第一步：讀取資料表格
讀取 Sheet2（社團名額表）

取得每個社團的：社團代碼、社團名稱、錄取人數

初始化每個社團的 已分配人數 = 0

讀取 Sheet1（學生志願資料表）

每一列是：學號、姓名、志願1~5（社團代碼）

✅ 第二步：為每位學生產生一組亂數
對每位學生產生一個 1~1000 的隨機亂數

將亂數儲存在學生資料中（可寫入 Sheet1（學生志願資料表） 第9欄）

建立一個陣列 students[]，儲存每位學生與其亂數值

✅ 第三步：依亂數大小排序學生
將 students[] 陣列按 亂數值由大到小 排序

（數字越大者越早被處理）

✅ 第四步：依序進行分發（高亂數者先分）
對於每位學生（依排序順序）：

從志願1 開始，依序檢查志願2 ~ 志願5

若該志願對應的社團名額還沒額滿：

分配給該社團

該社團 已分配人數 +1

將該社團代碼寫入學生資料（第8欄）

跳出志願檢查

若所有志願皆額滿：

進入「備取機制」：

從所有社團中找一個尚有名額的

分配並標註為「備取」

若全社團皆額滿：

標記為「未分發」

✅ 第五步：顯示結果並完成
所有學生完成分發後：

顯示提示視窗 分發完成（依亂數優先）！
