Please note however that as Twt.social is decentralized, there are a limited number of Twt.social pods that exist today. Twt.social offers hosted Pods at https://twt.social/ on behalf of Pod owners (_at this time free of charge_) for convenience and ease of use. There is no registry of Pods. In regards to User-Generated Content. Today as Twt.social is quite small the development team generally follows ever new user that joins (_assuming they make a first post!_) and we read each and every piece of content created. We will and can take down content that violates our Abuse Policy of Twt.social Pods we run and manage whether it be https://twtxt.net/ or any other hosted Twt.social pod on behalf of other Pod owners. Users are free to follow any other user on the same Pod or other Pods as well as unfollow them at any time for any reason. Users can reach out to the Pod owner for support at /support of the Pod they are on for any reason including reporting abuse, abusive users and thereby any potentially objectionable content. An important aspect of Twt.social is that content is not permanent and the number of Twts (_each post_) that remain visible per feed is limited by number of items. In addition Twts are themselves limited in visibility in number of days. Therefore it is important to note that Twt.social content is more-or-less self regulating already with the notion of "plausible deniability". At this time Pod Owners that run Pods without Twt.social's hosting services (_on their own infrastructure_) have limited tools to Delete Users accounts that are abusive or feeds. However we will be building these features soon as it is important to have the right balance of tools that allow a Pod Owner to enforce local laws and prevent abusive behavior on their pods. Finally it is important to note however that the developers of Twt.social believe in a open, decentralized social media, without advertising, user tracking, biased algorithms, moderation, censorship or profiting off user data. Building the right balance of features and tools that ensure an open, privacy-focused, ad-free and safe place for all to have meaningful discourse is hard and we intend to try to get this right!
