### Co-convenor of OGNAP in Taiwan / 開放政府國家行動方案推動小組共召集人

Peng is a long-time advocate of open government and open data in Taiwan. He was also the first person from Taiwan to meet with the Open Government Partnership and participate in the [OGP Summit](https://www.opengovpartnership.org/ogp-summits/). Peng has attended the summit many times since 2012 and has long worked to promote international collaboration, encourage database exchanges among civil society groups, and created many oppurtunities for collaboration. He is currently a Co-convenor of the Open Government National Action Plan task force.

長期參與推動台灣開放政府及開放資料，為最早前往國際與 OGP 接觸並參與「開放政府夥伴聯盟全球高峰會（[OGP Summit](https://www.opengovpartnership.org/ogp-summits/)）的人員，從 2012 年起出訪參與多次至今。一直以來致力於促成國際交流合作、鼓勵民間會籍資料交換庫、創造各種合作機會，目前為開放政府國家行動方案推動小組共同召集人。
