Previously he was founder and Executive Director of the Kosovo Centre for Transparency, Accountability and Anti-Corruption – KUND 16. In May 2016, he has been elected as an Ordinary member of the United Nations Anti-Corruption Convention - UNCAC Coalition Verein zur Umsetzung der UN-Konvention gegen Korruption. In 2016, He attended US State Department - International Visitor Leadership Program in United States of America with the topic Accountability in Governance. For more than five years (2010-2015) he served as a Deputy Director of FOL Movement a leading anti-corruption organization in Kosovo. Since 2013 to 2015, he co-chaired the process for accession of Kosovo to the Open Government Partnership - OGP. In April 2014, he was appointed as a member of the Coordination Committee of the United Nations Anti-Corruption Convention - UNCAC Coalition for the region of Europe. While in September 2014, he was elected as a member of the National Council for Implementation of the Strategy for cooperation between the Government of Kosovo and the sector of the Civil Society Organizations. He is one of the founders and a member of the Southeast Europe Coalition on Whistleblower Protection and KUND 16 representative in Transparency, Accountability & Participation Network – TAPNetwor2030. --- Fidan Kalaja 為科索沃 OGP 聯席主席、資深政治顧問，同時亦是聯合國反貪腐公約 UNCAC 會員。此前，他也是科索沃透明度、問責制和反腐敗中心 - KUND 16 的創始人和執行董事。 長年來， Fidan 致力於反貪腐、透明化及問責制的推動。在 2016 年，他參加了美國國務院 - 以治理問責為主題的美國國際訪問者領導力項目。他亦曾於 2010 年至 2015 年間擔任科索沃的反腐敗組織 FOL 的副董事。 科索沃過去因為國際身份無法加入 OGP，最近再次積極申請加入，相關人員表示其經驗希望能與台灣分享交流，一起打開 OGP 大門。
