Keitha Booth === ### Independent Researcher of the IRM / IRM 獨立研究員 ![](https://i.imgur.com/zEOczLj.png) --- As the current New Zealand and Australian Independent Researcher for the Open Government Partnership (OGP), Keitha is researching each country’s progress towards implementing the OGP values of access to information, civic participation and public accountability. During her career working for the New Zealand government, she was Director of the NZ Open Government Information and Data programme. She led work developing New Zealand’s open government policies: the NZ Government Open Access and Licensing framework (NZGOAL), the Declaration on Open and Transparent Government and the NZ Data and Information Management Principles. She has presented extensively and published on information policy, open licensing, open data, e-government and government information management. --- Keitha 為 OGP 推薦有經驗之 IRM 獨立研究員，過去是負責紐西蘭開放政府行動方案之獨立評量報告，因此十分了解 IRM 的精神、要點，除了可以提供給臺灣相關參與者非常直接精闢的建議，也希望未來可以協助臺灣執行開放政府國家行動方案的 IRM。
