He is also currently coordinating the Open Data for Development Network - Asia Hub (D4D Asia) programme. Has over a decade of extensive cross-practice and cross-sector experience implementing programmes for UN agencies, governments and civil society in Asia-Pacific for civic tech, e-governance, knowledge management, and human rights. With Sinar Project, grand prize winner for Open Contracting Innovation Global Challenge for innovations linking contract data to other open databases to expose business interests of politicians and public officials. ISIF.asia 2014 Award for Internet development award winner for Rights category with Sinar Project for work on online access to government and network censorship monitoring. Also has strong technical background in software development and systems administration with open source software, specifically FreeBSD and Linux operating systems and Python language and Plone CMS. --- Khairil Yusof 除了有著豐富且強大的技術背景，同時也長年與亞太地區的聯合國機構、政府和民間社會協力推動公民技術、電子政務、知識管理和人權計劃等方面的倡議與實踐，更擁有多年的跨部門合作經驗。 馬來西亞雖然國際狀況與我國和科索沃不同，但是也是尚未加入 OGP 但已經在推動國家行動方案的國家。 Khairil 以純民間方式在推動開放政府（或對抗體制），其所在之民間組織，為馬國主要協助 OGP 推進之單位，也舉辦許多與公部門的培力訓練，因此特別邀請 Khairil 一起與談交換經驗。
