**Repeatable Machine of a Co-living Community**
1. live dashboard of recruitment status vs constraints
* constraints: non-male 40%+, 15% VC, 19 dif expertise etc.

4. curate an IRL event around the co-living idea, and some of the participants will eventually co-live
* This co-living may be about Climate Change / crypto / bioengineering etc.
