# KZG Special Contribution Info *Join the Grantee telegram chat [here](https://t.me/+6yeekBWTi3JkYzdh)* *Book your Special Contribution slot [here](https://calendly.com/kzg-ceremony/special-contributions)* This document outlines a number of points which may help steer your Special Contribution. If you have a question not addressed here, please join the telegram channel above and share it! --- 👩‍🔬 Special Contributions differ from regular contributions in that you may only login if your address has been whitelisted and only during your contribution slot and that you will have a dedicated 4 hour slot to do you contribution. This means, no waiting in the lobby and that you can take (up to) the full 4 hours to complete your contribution. If for some reason you miss your chosen slot, please reach out to Carl or Trent ASAP. 👩‍💻 We recommend the client from either Ignacio ([client](https://github.com/jsign/go-kzg-ceremony-client), [docs](https://github.com/jsign/go-kzg-ceremony-client/tree/jsign/satellite#offline-contributions)) or Patricio ([client](https://github.com/PatriceVignola/cpp-kzg-ceremony-client), [docs](https://github.com/PatriceVignola/cpp-kzg-ceremony-client#usage)). Both allow for offline contributions which use local files as input and output, instead of networked response to the Sequencer Server. This is the method many of you will be using for your contribution. 📅 We intend for the Special period to run from April 1-16th. This may change slightly depending on the needs of participants. ⏲ Book your slot at the Special Contribution **[Calendly page](https://calendly.com/kzg-ceremony/special-contributions)**. If this range or set of slots does not work for you, please email ceremony@ethereum.org or reach out to Carl / Trent. Depending on the needs of other grantees with less flexibility, we may ask you to move to another slot in order to help everyone complete their contribution. :moneybag: Funding will be distributed once you/your team have produced the final documentation of the contribution. We will submit your information to the EF's Ecosystem Support Program (ESP), who will distribute it to you. :camera: Make sure to record your process well enough during the event to accurately communicate how the entropy was generated, computed over, and destroyed. This is crucial for the legitimacy of the Special Contributions, as the Ethereum community may look back on this for years to come. This can be through audio, video, photos, or detailed notes taken during, as long as the entropy is never fully recorded. From there, we recommend compiling whatever documentation into a coherent blogpost - Carl and Trent can work with you to review once you're ready. :desktop_computer: "An air-gapped computer is isolated from unsecured networks, meaning that it is not directly connected to the internet, nor is it connected to any other system that is connected to the internet. A true air gapped computer is also physically isolated, meaning data can only be passed to it physically (via USB, removable media or a firewire with another machine)."
