## dbsnp (單核苷酸多型性資料庫)

### Intro
**Annotate variants based on a variant database.**
根據變異資料庫，對變異進行標記。

**This tool annotates the variant calls within a VCF file using the dbSNP database.**
這個工具使用 dbSNP 資料庫對 VCF 檔案中的變異偵測進行標記。

**The dbSNP database is a public archive of genetic variant information, consisting of known variants and data on whether each of these are considered to be neutral polymorphisms, polymorphisms with associated phenotypes, or regions of no variation.**
這個 dbSNP 資料庫是一個遺傳變異資訊的公開檔案，由已知變異、以及關於這些變異是否被視為中性多型性、具有相關表現型的多型性或無變異區域的資料所組成。
