# Subsidized Crew (aka "Dev Multisig Heist")

## How to get in

You must be invited in public by one of the Dev Circle role holders:

*Inviter: @username your skills are required for a job*
*You: You son of a bitch. I'm in.*

That's it, you're in.

## What's The Job

- Sneak in a #devcrew channel on Slack.
- Work on Dev Circle bounties full time. Deliver first, review and garden second.
- Report your progress daily to a standup bot from #devcrew channel.

## The thing

Crew members can claim 2000 SAI from Dev Circle Multisig monthly starting from the date they are in. This is an extra amount, crew member still earns his bounties as usual.

### Decision process

Payout is done by Dev Circle Keyholders according to one of these flows.

#### Insta payout.

Crew member earned at least 2000 SAI worth of Dev Circle bounties in the last 30 days. Dev Circle Keyholders must insta sign the payout.

#### Manual resolution

Crew member honestly adhered to The Job, but failed to hit the 2000 SAI mark for some reason e.g. because of vacation, sickness, blockage etc.

In this case, Dev Circle Keybearers are required to reasonably assess the situation. Standup bot's logs can be used as an accountability proof. If there is no unanimity among Dev Circle Keyholders, the second signature is requested from General Circle Multisig.

## How you get out

If a crew member hasn't claimed his subsidy for 1 month, he is out from the crew.
