1. The group has agreed to notify other members of their availability status via Signal app
2. Tom volunteered to be group leader and take notes using TLDV Chrome extension for Google Meet
3. Group agreed to make Tuesdays @ 2pm EST the standing meeting time, but also agrred to try and be as flexible as possible to accomadate the schedules of other group members
