- People can book long term but the focus is on short term rentals

- James- who is your target market
- Wiktor - Big company, 1km from the sea. Camping property. Want's to create a system for payment. For using different services, showers, restroom.
- James- prior customers have successfully done monitizing late leaves.
- Wktor-If you have an RV can allow clients to save a spot for a year.
- What is the standard budget? AVG budget is 2 week stay $2000 or $3000 mid tier payments.
- Timeline can be in one month or so
- James has worked with tiny houses and RVs has worked with AirBnb, VRBO,
- 500 per week in ad spend translates to $1100
- $17 per conversion $29 for $250 in return
- RV Park Marketing agency is running the Google ads
- James was interested in asking the group for help in breaking down Google Ad Words
