3. GatherTown quick intro.
- Rooms
- There is a room set up for each topic.
- Each room contains a whiteboard and a shared document link on the table to HackMd. To interact, move close enough the item is highlighted in yellow and then press `x` on your keyboard.
- Communication
- You can only see the video of people in the same room as you. Use the arrow keys to walk over to someone you want to talk to.
- There is also a chat in gather.town for short messages.
- HackMd can be used for long term sharing of conversations either through your web browser or the linked document on the table in your room.
- Document sharing
- There is a picture of a document on the table in each room that links to the HackMd document for that team. Press `x` on your keyboard to bring it up for shared editing with video capabilities.

4. How the week will proceed.
- Meet with teams during the team breakout.
- Schedule events.
- **Set a goal for the week.**
- If possible a deliverable (i.e., pull requests, new module updates, module release, resolve issues, etc.)
- Contribute as you can during the week!
- PMC Members Stephen and Lacey will be available during most of the week.
- Stephen: 9-5 US Pacific Time (except for a few breaks for unavoidable meetings/meals). Can be available other times if requested.
- Lacey: 9-5 Regina Time (currently CST; UTC/GMT-6) except for meals.
5. Schedule Wrapup meeting.
- Will this same time work on Friday?
- Work can continue Friday after wrap up if it's early in the day.
