# Fiddler Jam Feedback Request Hi team, As you know we are working lately on the Fiddler Jam product which we are trying to populate in and outside the company :) I’ve done some presentations to you showing the features that we have and how we think it may help. However, lately, we see that a lot of internal and external users either didn’t even open a session or go away after opening the first one. As something similar happened with your product usage, I want to ask for some help from your side! I will be very grateful if you share your opinion on the product and what stops you from using it? I want to stress that we don’t want to push you to use Fiddler Jam, but to help us understand where are its weaknesses! So would you mind if I set up a meeting to share your thoughts?
