It could provide the backbone for the DT demonstrator. It should build on and extend current projects by incorporating their methodologies. ## Features **What is the MVP for a cross-domain DT pipeline?** - Prerequisite is an overlap between themes - Hypothesis: individual DT tech stacks can be mapped onto each other - steps to test this hypothesis: - get everyone together to decide on a shared goal - get everyone to learn about each others work - ask people to step-by-step outline a method to achieve their goal - - Do we need a common code framework that people can collaborate on? - is DTBase a viable option here? - How easy is it for researchers to adapt DT Base to fit their own Dt pipelines? - Are DTBase visualisation components sufficient to support our objective of demonstrating TRIC-DT research at AIUK? - Which components of a cross-domain DT pipeline is the TRIC best placed to deliver? - There are already sophisticated simulation platforms, how will this pipeline distinguish itself from those? - Can we gain a clear idea of current domain-specific DT 'workflows', their overlap & differences? ## Exclusions **What is NOT part of the MVP?** - Do we want to build out an fully functional operational platform for digital twins? ## Challenges and Risks - How to we ensure researchers are enabeld to feed into a common code framework? - How transferrable are current bespoke pipelines? - How well does this task align with researcher's current objectives & capacity? - we need to specify value proposition for PDRAs to feed in here. - ## Users - Who would use a cross-domain digital twins pipeline and what for? ## Success Criteria - How will a cross-domain pipeline increase reproducibility for digital twins? ## Pipeline
