Next Fedora CoreOS releases delayed until January 2024

We have decided to cancel the releases initially planned for this week as we encountered an issue that needs more investigation [1]. The next Fedora CoreOS releases will be made early January 2024.

We came across this issue late in the release cycle and it may impact updates on aarch64 systems. We thus decided to skip those releases to avoid the risk of failed updates during the end of the year period.
