# I. Pallet Machine

## 1. Expectation:

- Producing five (05) tons of biomass pellet each day.

## 2. Requirement:

- Space:
- Warehouse for biomass material;
- Workshop for a wide variety of gasifiers;
- Factory for producing biomass pellet;
- Warehouse for pellet product;
- Worshop for Paul's new designs.

Total area for above warehouses: $200-300m^2$ (Mr.Trị recommended)

Suggestion from Mr.Trị:
- Mr. Trị is investing on the big warehouse $1200m^2$ with roof in Đức Trọng by his own fund. Warehouse is under construction, expected to be completed at the end of **2022.Sept**. Estimated cost until completing is around **2.5 billion VND**.
- Mr.Paul can rent $200-300m^2$ there, rent cost is $5.000.000VND/100m^2/month$.
- If he can loan money this warehouse would be completed at the end of **July** **2022**. If possible, Mr.Trị expects to loan $700.000.000VND - 1.300.000.000VND$ with interest rate at most **8%/year** in term **1** year. (**8%/year** is currently equivalent to the **highest** interest rate of bank saving)


- Worker:
- Total: **2** employees, just for operating pallet maching **8h/day, 6days/week**.
- With salary at least **12.000.000 VND/worker** (Mr.Trị recommended), Mr can help to recruit workers. Lower than 12.000.000VND? Mr.Trị cannot guarantee to recruit good workers.
- workshop manager:
- Mr. Trị helps to manage workers for **free**.
- Operation cost (electricity, water):
- Mr.Paul pays as usage

# II. Ribbon Mixer

- 350 liters. Possible distance: at east 5mm
- 500 liters. Possible distance: at least 2-3mm.
- 2mm at $25^\circ C$
- 3mm at high temperature during operation

# III Others.

1. Mr.Trị can help to guide people/workers using pallet machine for free
2. Mr.Paul would like to give 20-25 buckets to Mr.Trị for free.

Thanh: Mr.Trị is realist, supportive, ready to share his idea, experience, ready to give valuable feedback

Loc's, Mr Tri is a great employer who we can cooperate in the long-term period. His fabrication experience is so useful to turn Paul's ideas into reliable products. He works to complete the task, but not promise so much to earn money initially. The workshop is going to be built tomorrow (6-Apr-22). Finally, he has a big ambition to work in the agricultural field.
Kha's, Mr Tri is so friendly, caring and supportive. So, it is advisable for us to work with him. However, the technical number should be less strict; in other words, we shall appreciate his feedbacks.
