# [Q.org](http://q.org/) Documentation Review Hello Q Team, my name is [Rashmi V Abbigeri](https://twitter.com/rashmivabbigeri). We met at DAO Tokyo. Hi there! I checked out your documentation and have a few observations and questions. Would you mind answering a few questions for me? Thanks! The "What is Q section" does not mention governance. I expected to read about how Q helps solve problems related to governance or how Q and governance fit together. I was unable to find answers to the following questions in the documentation: - Why do we need the Q blockchain? - What is different about this blockchain? What is its purpose? - Can you provide an example use case that Q enables but other blockchains do not? - Who writes/modifies the Constitution? - How can I use Devnet? - How is Devnet different from Testnet? - Is there a link to the Q constitution in the documentation? As a developer, I was looking forward to finding all the information I needed about Q in the documentation. Although the Constitution and the latest hash are mentioned, I could not find a link to the Constitution in the documentation. Additionally, I came across a broken link at [https://docs.qtestnet.org/dapp-dashboard/how-to-verify-q-constitution-hash](https://docs.qtestnet.org/dapp-dashboard/how-to-verify-q-constitution-hash). Do you have a Q API that provides access to all the proposals and governance actions of a Q DAO? We could leverage it in different ways, such as enabling a notification service on social media platforms other than Telegram. Lastly, I use the Linux Mint OS, and when I downloaded the constitution, it was downloaded in .adoc format. Is it supposed to be in that format, or can we have it in PDF format?
