# Stuck Bundlr Transactions On Solana when making Candymachines or other services that use the Bundlr Network for uploading to Arweave users deposit Solana into Bundlr Networks Solana wallet. Bundlr Networks backend then needs to be alerted that this transaction has taken place so it can then fund your balance for you to upload files. Occasionally the alert may fail to go through which means your Bundlr balance may still be 0. If you find that you have made some deposits to the Bundlr Network address of `DHyDV2ZjN3rB6qNGXS48dP5onfbZd3fAEz6C5HJwSqRD` and your bundlr balance remains at 0 you may need to ping Bundlr to alert them of the transaction(s) that were made if these failed to alert for what ever reason. ## Triggering Bundlr to look at previous Transactions Using Fetch, Axios, Postman, or similar API caller you need to make a post request to ```https://node1.bundlr.network/account/balance/solana``` with the body/payload of ```tx_id: "insert Solana transcation ID here" ``` You need to do this with each of the failed transcations you believe didn't get registered to your Solana Bundlr address. This will alert Bundlr of the Solana transaction to their wallet and if valid will then deposit the missing balance into your bundlr account for you to with use or withdraw. To view Bundlr balance you can put your solana address into this url https://node1.bundlr.network/account/balance/solana?address=mySolanaWalletAddress
