## Why did this disaster happen? How is it connected to the global fashion industry?

- Consumers' awareness about the exploitation in the supply chain have been arisened (somehow)
- Most of the European retailer signed 《 Fire and Building Safety Agreement 》

## How would Marx look at this disaster? How would he explain why Rana plaza happened?
- workers (proletariat) were exploit by the Manufacturer (bourgeoisie) companies. So Manufacturer won't pay for the spends aside from worker's living materials, cost for improving workplace safety included.
- Lack of consciousness about workingplace safty because of alienation

## How would Durkheim look at this disaster? What explanation for it would it give? What solution would he give? What solution would be possible from his perspective?
